Research Focus:
Justin Roberts has been a Research Civil Engineer in ERDC’s Geotechnical and Structure Laboratory (GSL) since June of 2009. Roberts specializes in the design and testing of protective structures to resist weapons effects with a focus on blast mitigation. His research has led to the development of several exciting technologies such as Hardened Alternative Trailer Systems (HATS), Modular Guard Tower System (MGTS), and Aggressor Vehicle Entry Readiness Technology (AVERT).
